Food-contact grade high consistency silicone rubber (HCR/HTV) base compound, model YKS-8850, developed for compression molding. This peroxide-curing compound offers a balanced combination of 50 Shore A hardness, minimum 700% elongation, and at least 7.0 MPa tensile strength. Supplied without pigment or curing agent, it enables custom color selection and curing system optimization for production flexibility.
This grade is suitable for food-contact applications including bakeware, kitchenware, flexible molds, gaskets, and seals. Supporting third-party test documentation according to US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 is available upon request, along with TDS, SDS, and COA from our ISO 9001 certified facility.
